STUDIO ALEX TAYLOR is a full-service interior design practice based in Los Angeles, California. From ground up build-outs to curating or fabricating one-off unique pieces, Alex creates authentic spaces that combine new ideas with nods to a previous era. 

Alex comes from a three-generation heritage of artists and art dealers to whom he owes his interest in design. From a young age he spent time working with his mother, Abby, at her NYC based gallery TAYLOR | GRAHAM. She taught him an understanding not only for how to appreciate art and the creative form but also how to seek the value in it.

His first design job was working with Steph Viesta of STUDIO SEVA, specializing in residential design. Under her incredible direction, he learned how to put together color palettes and use the influence of texture and materials to create holistic and organic designs.

He was then the Senior Designer at OSKLO, a custom build design firm in Los Angeles whose architecturally astonishing projects are featured in Architectural Digest, Vogue, and Elle Decor.

After briefly working with AD100 and Elle Decor A-List Designer Oliver M Furth, he joined Matt Winter of M WINTER DESIGN, specializing in hospitality design.
